At
Pranava Yoga all aspects of Hatha Yoga are explored.   Each class consists of Asana, Bandhas, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation.  We offer classes that are suitable for all levels of experience.
Other features at
Pranava Yoga   include regular themed workshops, instruction in Ayurvedic Cooking, personal sessions addressing health issues for both men and women using Yoga Therapy.   During spring and summer, Chinese Yoga and Chi Gong classes are held outside. Our purpose built Yoga studio is in easy walking distance from the McLaren Vale shopping centre, and is nestled in a beautiful  garden setting.


The tradition of Yoga dates back 5000 years, making it the most ancient form of spiritual training.  It has been practiced continuously in the far east since the birth of civilization.

In the west, Yoga is used as means of reducing stresses and anxiety, a means of shaping the body, and acquiring physical fitness and flexibility.  Although Yoga does all of this, it is in fact a spiritual discipline of which the 'exercises' are only one part, its' ultimate goal being more profound.

Classes at Pranava Yoga are designed to increase flexibility, body strength and awareness, and promote stability of mind and body .  The emphasis is not on the need to achieve the perfect posture, but rather on learning to focus on the process.
